First, please read the Return Policy below carefully. 

After reading the return policy and if your order is applicable for refund or exchange, please follow these steps:


1. Put the items you would like to return in the original packaging.

2. Place both the item and order slip or printed receipt inside the original box. 

3. Bring in person    or   ship the package back to

Our policy lasts 14 days.
For online orders, the package has to be shipped back for return within 14 days after the delivery date.

For in-store purchases, return has to be made within 14 days after purchase, or you can ship it to us with a receipt inside. (If you chose an electronic receipt such as email or text, please print it out and include inside the package. 

If 14 days have gone by since the package arrived at the shipping address, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. 

Your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. 
Items have to be without stains, fray, tear and wear, and so on.
It must also be in the original packaging. Do not send shoes back in just shoe boxes. We cannot accept return or exchange if the shoe box is damaged. Please make sure to put the receipt/order paper inside, so that we can track down your order to proceed with returning. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or an order confirmation from us. 

Shoes need to be in the provided shoe box and sent back in the original packaging to prevent damages. If you send shoes back without the shoe box or if the shoe box comes back damaged, we cannot accept return or exchange. 

We cannot refund / exchange sale items and accessories.
Accessories include jewelry, scarves, masks, hats, bags, head accessories, glasses, belts, and so on. Please ask us at if you are not sure an items is applicable or not. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email that your refund was processed. We will also notify you if refund was rejected for any reasons.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The time frame for the funds to be placed back on to original form of payment vary amongst different financial providers once they are released from SNIDEL - please contact your bank/financial provider for detailed information on refund time frames.



If you haven’t received a refund after several days of the confirmation email, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately, any sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.



SNIDEL does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to any promotions.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift receipt. Gift receipt is different from a regular receipt, as the gift receiver can return or exchange without the giver.

You can return or exchange with a gift receipt as long as the item is applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use the shipping label we provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The shipping fee for the  return label  is calculated by appropriate shipping carriers (such as UPS or USPS) based on the size and weight of the package. 

If you are shipping an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
