I'd like to cancel my order.
Please email our customer service ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) as soon as possible with your order number. After the order is shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. In that case, please see our return policy and send the package back to us and we will process the return and refund.
When will my order be shipped?
As per our shipping policy, it takes 5 to 7 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email confirmation with a tracking number. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
I put a wrong address for my order.
Please contact our store ( 917-409-5520 ) available from Monday to Sunday 12pm to 6pm, or email our customer service ( email@example.com ) as soon as possible.
Unfortunately after your order is picked up by a shipping carrier, SNIDEL cannot change the address. You will have to contact the carrier with the tracking code you receive by email.
If the package comes back to SNIDEL because of incorrect address, customers are responsible for reshipping cost.
My package is lost / missing.
SNIDEL is not responsible for missing or lost packages. Please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking code you receive by email.
I ordered something before a sale starts. Can I get a refund for a price difference?
Unfortunately, we do not do price adjustments.
Our items are limited in stock so ordering before a sale starts ensures you get items you like in your size and color. So we cannot give you a discount for a completed orders.
Will there be a restock?
Unfortunately, at SNIDEL USA, we cannot restock any items. Although sometimes in a very rare case, a very popular item might be restocked. In that case, we notify customers via our newsletter. So sign up for our newsletter to not miss the latest updates on new items, sale, and more!
