Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SNIDEL. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time Notice
Standard Processing Times: Our typical order processing time is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends, as our warehouse is closed on these days.
High Volume Notice: Please be aware that due to a recent surge in order volume, we are experiencing delays beyond our normal processing times.
Sale Period Processing Times: During sale periods, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed before shipment due to the increased volume of orders.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to prepare your order for shipment. Thank you for choosing SNIDEL USA.
Store Pickup Policy
Holding Period: We hold store pickup orders for two weeks. If not picked up within this timeframe, the order will automatically be cancelled.
Cancellation and Refund: Unclaimed orders are cancelled after two weeks and refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed at SNIDEL and picked up by a shipping carrier in 5-7days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for shipment. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Wrong Shipping Address / Delivery Issue
We ship all packages with a tracking number and insurance.
SNIDEL is not responsible for wrong shipping address or delivery issue. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We can change the shipping address if a package has not left our store, so please contact customer@snidel.us as soon as possible.
After a package leaves our store, SNIDEL will not be able to change the shipping address. You will have to contact the shipping carrier for a change of address. In case of delivery issue such as package missing, customers have to contact the shipping carrier.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SNIDEL ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SNIDEL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SNIDEL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally at additional costs. Please choose carefully at the checkout page. USPS is not supported in countries other than Canada, so if you choose USPS for other country, we will have to cancel the order once to apply the appropriate shipping method.
